Nella giornata di ieri era emersa la possibilità che Astral Chain potesse diventare il primo capitolo di una trilogia. Il direttore Takahisa Taura aveva rilasciato un’intervista a IGN Netherlands, che aveva riportato tale possibilità, nel caso che il titolo avesse venduto bene.
Oggi però la casa di sviluppo Platinum Games ha dichiarato che si è trattato di un errore di traduzione. L’intervista è stata tradotta prima dal giapponese all’inglese e infine dall’inglese all’olandese, causando l’incomprensione. Takahisa Taura, infatti, avrebbe affermato di avere in mente talmente tante idee da poter sviluppare almeno altri due titoli, ma in maniera del tutto ipotetica.
Nessuna trilogia in vista quindi, almeno per adesso.
Astral Chain uscirà il 30 agosto esclusivamente su Nintendo Switch.
